The Global Donors Forum 2018 will be held in London from 10-12 September 2018 under the theme of Building Resilient Ecosystems. Co-hosted by the City of London and Cass Business School, the forum will hold activities and workshops at prestigious venues across the capital, including the British Museum, House of Lords and Mansion House.

Join us at GDF 2018, where TEEK TAKA will be discussing the potential of Islamic social finance in global poverty eradication. This year’s forum brings together government, philanthropic, corporate and charitable sectors, as well as innovators and researchers, to analyse and recalibrate the philanthropic paradigm in order to enhance both the footprint and impact of giving towards making the world a better place for all mankind.

The three-day event will cover a range of topics such as human dignity, development, strategic giving, social finance, investment, faith-based giving, technology and big data powered philanthropy. The Global Donors Forum mobilizes financial and intellectual resources to create socio-economic value beyond racial, religious and political divides.

GDF envisions a peaceful, equitable, and sustainable world generously endowed by ethical, inclusive and effective philanthropy. Today, it is widely recognized as the premier platform on Muslim giving worldwide and acts as a marketplace for ideas, knowledge sharing and safe space for leading rational debate on issues unique to Muslim societies. The annual event is a launchpad for forging strategic partnerships for high-impact philanthropy and social investment.
