About Us

The 2013 Rana Plaza collapse killed 1,134 garment workers and injured 2,000 more. As one of the deadliest industrial tragedies, it acted as a dire wake up call to improve labour practices in Bangladesh. But five years on, and there is still a lot of work to be done. Garment workers continue to face poor conditions, with little accountability of hours worked or wages received.
